I had the pleasure of bring coached by !zzy castillo about a month ago. i reached out to !zzy because i was struggling with my attention and setting up a functional schedule for my time management on a daily basis. After our first session i realized that there were many other things that i needed to pay attention to instead of just driving into the schedule itself. She helped me realize that i needed to work on my habits, my energy, and my night and morning rituals to ensure a productive day.​
when i got to a grasp of these things we began working on a schedule that would suit my needs, including leisure and controlled time to check on social media. This gave me back a sense of control over my time and empowered me to focus on the bigger goals for my dream life.​
I love how !zzy just made me feel listened, cared for and appreciated. she understood my needs without judgement and helped me design a custom made schedule and time management system that i can stick to and build healthy habits upon.​

"I can not thank you enough. There are truly no words to describe how grateful I am for you. My mom wasn’t herself for a while and there were things that the doctors couldn’t fix or diagnose except to put her on more medication. I knew that’s not what my mom is about. My mom is a person who is all about plants and less on medication, but that’s just her lifestyle. The 2 times we ended up on the ER and doctors had no explanation on what was happening, I knew it was something else. I knew with all my heart the person I had to call and who I trusted the most and that was you. We hadn’t seen each other in years and my mom hadn’t either but she was at complete peace with you. We followed the instructions that you had given us. That afternoon after you had left my house felt different and in a good way. The energy prior had felt heavy and uneasy but that afternoon it felt super light and clean. There’s just no words to describe the peace I felt immediately after.
I can't lie and say it was at a snap of a finger and my mother was better, because it wasn’t it. It took a couple of days. Thanks to you my mom is herself again. If there are things that don’t feel right or that doctors can’t describe/fix/diagnose, all I can say is follow your gut. Thanks to you my mom doesn’t have to live with her anxiety medication at her finger tips. Beyond grateful for you."
